IT Support with a difference

We can provide IT support whenever and wherever you need it most. Our qualified support team is contactable by telephone and email and can provide immediate online or on-site support. We run a dedicated helpdesk system, which will provide you with a support ticket number, giving you and our team the ability to check progress and escalate your issue. We support PC's, Macs, networks, servers, routers, NAS drives and pretty much anything you can think of that's IT related.
We will always work with you to make sure you're getting the support you need at a price that's acceptable to you. We offer a variety of support plans and all can be tailored to meet your individual needs.
Remote support
If you have access to the internet, then the majority of IT issues can be resolved by us remotely. Our remote support provides near immediate response times, meaning we can look at your issue within a few minutes. In addition all remote work is charged at a lower rate, when compared to our on-site rate.

Onsite IT support
For the occasional issue that can't be fixed remotely we are of course happy to come on site. We don't charge travel time or costs for anyone within the M25. If you're moving to a new office we will work with you in advance of the move and of course on the important day, to make sure you're up and running as soon as possible.
